"A positive employee experience is a key foundation for Danamon as we continue to grow and adapt to change. Through talent development initiatives, continuous learning, and employee recognition programs, we are committed to creating a work environment where every individual can grow, develop their potential, and contribute their best to our customers, the company, and society," Evi said.
Danamon said that when employees get the chance to develop and reach their full potential, they can build meaningful careers while also creating a broader positive impact on society.
The awards reflect the bank's success in strengthening its onboarding process for new employees, helping them adapt faster to the company's work culture. Its recognition and rewards programs have also helped lift employee morale, motivation, and productivity in support of business growth.
Danamon said the achievement reinforces its commitment to an inclusive, collaborative work environment that supports employee skill development as part of its strategy to deliver strong customer service and sustainable growth.
The Best Rewards and Recognition Program award recognizes the effectiveness of Danamon's recognition program for top performers across both business units and support functions.
Through these initiatives, Danamon said it will keep strengthening its human resources strategy by building an inclusive, collaborative work culture centered on lifelong learning, with the aim of developing talent that supports business growth while adding value for customers and the wider community.
