This page sets out Kalasuara's editorial structure and the person(s) accountable for its journalism, in line with the Press Council's Cyber Media Reporting Guidelines, which require the identity of those responsible for reporting to be clear and traceable.

Accountability

Full responsibility for all of Kalasuara's reporting rests with the Kalasuara Editorial Team, operating under the publishing legal entity PT Citra Semesta Aksara. Every article — including those whose drafting or translation is AI-assisted — is reviewed and approved by the editorial team before publication.

Editorial structure

• Person in Charge: Kalasuara Editorial Team
• Editorial team: reviews each article for accuracy, balance, and compliance with the Journalistic Code of Ethics before it goes live.
• Verification & fact-checking: checks claims and sources prior to publication; verification outcomes are recorded on each article.
• Language editing: prepares the Indonesian (canonical) and English versions with equivalent local context.

Editorial workflow

Every story passes through source research, drafting, fact-checking, and editor review. An article only goes live after an editor approves it; the review stage and reviewer are recorded in the article metadata (see the "Reviewed by" mark on each news page).
